2017 Midland Ki Federation Summer Seminar with Shinichi Tohei Sensei

Shinichi Tohei Sensei 2017 Seminar Midland Ki Federation

June 22 – 25, 2017 | Boulder & Westminster, Colorado

Midland Ki Federation, in collaboration with Rocky Mountain Ki Society, is honored to host Shinichi Tohei Sensei, President and Chief Instructor of Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido Kai (Headquarters of Mind-Body Unified Aikido). Tohei Sensei will be teaching a special summer seminar in the beautiful campus of the University of Colorado–Boulder, as well as in the RMKS-Westminster dojo (about 30 minutes from the CU-Boulder campus).

Since childhood, Shinichi Tohei Sensei was guided and taught by his father Soshu Koichi Tohei Sensei, the 10th dan Aikido Master. Today, he spends most of his time spreading the teachings of Shinshin Toitsu Aikido in Japan and overseas.

This special summer seminar also marks the 40th anniversary of the founding of Rocky Mountain Ki Society in Colorado by Koichi Kashiwaya Sensei in 1977. There will be a commemorative social event on Saturday evening to celebrate this occasion (see below).

Shinshin Toitsu Aikido Kai members who are interested in participating in this camp, please inform your Chief Instructors, as well as Midland Ki Federation.
